Featherweight world champion Amanda Serrano has also been confirmed on the bill. She holds the world record for the most female boxing world championships across different weight classes, with nine titles in seven weight classes.

The fight was announced by Paul on social media. He tweeted: ‘We going back to back. New York. MSG. Two main events. Showtime PPV. It gets no bigger, it gets no betr.’
While Paul’s opponent has not been confirmed, there have been hints at him fighting Fury. Speaking to talkSPORT, Hearn said: ‘I don’t represent them, but I hear that fight [Paul vs Fury] is happening August 13, so you might see it.’
As Paul is unlikely to fight twice in eight days, it seems possible the August 6 fight could be against Fury.
