Fans think Jake Paul vs Tyron Woodley was ‘fixed’ as conspiracy theory emerges
Boxing fans are speculating as to whether Tyron Woodley went as hard as he possibly could in his quest to defeat Jake Paul.
The UFC fighter went into the boxing clash as the favourite given his vast MMA experience over the years.
But fans have said that about Paul's opponents in the past, with the YouTuber always finding a way past them.
The result was no different this evening, with the 24-year-old securing a split decision victory after another good performance.
However, Woodley had Paul on the ropes at one point, landing a huge blow which sent almost sent his opponent out of the ring completely.
Fans tuning in expected Woodley to then press on and finish the job there and then.
But instead the UFC star seemed to take his time, allowing Paul to regain his composure once again.
And those watching at home were left convinced the bout was a setup the whole time due to Woodley's performance.

"Watching Tyron Woodley stand while Jake Paul was on the ropes," a third added.
"This fight is such a fix, Woodley ain't even throwing punches," one wrote.
Paul (4-0, 3 KOs) took home judges' scores of 77-75 and 78-74 while the third judge scored it for Woodley.
But Woodley really felt like he won the fight, asking Paul for a rematch.
"You're the one that got wobbled," Woodley told Paul in the ring afterwards.
"If these ropes weren't so big you would have fallen through them.
"If this was the second biggest pay-per-view of the year, then the rematch will be the biggest."
