Ebanie “Blonde Bomber” Bridges shared a snap from a night out showing her eye is on the mend.

The Australian boxer, who is also a glamorous maths teacher, missed out becoming a world champion when she lost to Shannon Courtenay earlier this month.

After a gruelling 10-round fight in London, the 34-year-old picked up a souvenir from her first loss in six fights with a gruesome injury to her left eye.

But Bridges has shared a snap from a night out in the English capital showing her eye is on the mend.

Wearing a guy top cropped to show off her chest, the Australian smiles for the camera – but her eye still had red bruising on the edges, which Bridges had described herself as similar to The Terminator.

The 34-year-old was taking on her second bout in just two months when she stepped into the ring against Courtenay for the WBA female bantamweight title.

But her rivals was handed a unanimous points victory following ten bloody rounds of action.

The Australian could be heard between rounds saying she could not see out of her eye as it swelled up through the bout.

And it go so bad after the fight that Bridges revealed she could not use the Face ID to access her phone.

A friend wrote on Twitter: “Spare a thought for @EbanieBridges, messaged me after her fight on Saturday Night asking if I had any idea how to get into a laptop when she’s forgot her PIN and Face ID isn’t working.”

Bridges then replied: “HahHahaa true story hahahaha.”
