Daniel Cormier savages Jake Paul’s hit list and tells him who to fight next
The drama sparked by Jake Paul’s six-man hit list just keeps on coming.
His list included Tommy Fury, Anderson Silva, Oscar de la Hoya, Sonny Bill Williams, Michael Bisping and Floyd Mayweather.
It has drawn attention from all over the fight world – nowhere more than from the men called out in it.
Bisping has become embroiled in a war of words with Paul, 25, ultimately dismissing a possible matchup while speaking on his podcast, saying: “You’re a young man, you’re in your prime – fight a young man in his prime.
"If you want to fight a 43-year-old guy with one eye and no knees, hey, buddy, let’s go.
“Send location. Send a contract. Send something, rather than just talking on Teddy Atlas’ Podcast.”
Former New Zealand professional rugby league and union player-turned-boxer Williams seems equally unfazed by Paul.
He said: "I’m not gonna hate on this guy at all as I respect what he’s done. I also really respect his skillset as a boxer. But if he wants some he can get it!
"Yours respectfully – your first loss."
The conversation has been flowing around the fighting world since the six-way callout. Now, former multi-weight world champion Daniel Cormier has chimed in to give his twopence on the matter.
What did Daniel Cormier say to Jake Paul?

Speaking on his YouTube channel, Daniel Cormier weighed in on his thoughts on the ongoing back and forth between Jake Paul and Michael Bisping.
He said: “You want an older guy to fight?
“Hey, there’s a former UFC champion that is doing exactly what you’re doing. His name’s Anderson Silva. That’s who you should be fighting, Jake.
“That’s who you should be calling out, because guess what, he still fits the mould. Former UFC champ. Amateur boxer because he’s only fought, I don’t know, five boxing fights just like you. He’s your size and he’s up there in age so it still fits the mould."
He went on: “You should be calling out Anderson, not Michael Bisping. That’s the fight. That’s the fight. Not only does that fight fit the mould of what you’re doing, that fight actually gives us some idea of what this thing is that you’re trying to do or portray.”
Silva, one of the names on Paul’s hit list, is 47 years old and walked away from UFC in 2020.
He has since made a return to fight sports, getting a professional boxing career underway in 2021.
He has so far beaten Julio César Chávez Jr via split decision and Tito Ortiz, who he stopped via knockout in round one.
