Paige VanZant throws huge wad of money over unsuspecting husband
Despite parting ways with the UFC last year, Paige VanZant is clearly not short on cash after signing a huge $1m deal with bare-knuckle promotion BKFC.
VanZant, who is now the face of BKFC, recently took to Instagram and showed off her wealth by throwing an enormous wad of money over her husband Austin Vanderford.
The combat sports star walked into her husband’s room, showed off the large wad of cash to her fans and proceeded to launch it over the bleach blonde haired Vanderford, who was not amused with PVZ’s antics.
Vanderford was clearly not expecting to be showered with cash and appeared far more focussed on his game of Call of Duty: Warzone.
VanZant’s whopping 2.9m followers found the video hilarious.
UFC bantamweight champion Aljamain Sterling and adult actress Kendra Lust both posted a couple of crying with laughter emojis in the comments section.
Another fan mocked the video and said, “I thought she was about to make it rain hundreds, but those were all dollar bills.”
Who do you think Paige VanZant should fight next in the bare-knuckle boxing ring? Let us know in the comments section below.
Since signing her lucrative deal with BKFC, VanZant has fought twice in the bare-knuckle boxing ring, losing both bouts via decision.
Most recently, the Oregon native faced former MMA opponent Rachael Ostovich.
While VanZant entered the bout as favourite, having defeated Ostovich in their 2019 MMA bout, she looked out of her depth for much of the bout.
After a cagey opening round, Ostovich took over and landed the heavier blows for the rest of the fight.
Once the scorecards were announced, Ostovich celebrated her victory. In contrast, PVZ stropped around the boxing ring and claimed she thought she had won.
While it is not yet clear when VanZant will compete again, BKFC will surely be keen to give their biggest star an easy fight so she can finally get a win in the boxing ring.
