Johnny Walker vs Jamahal Hill – where and when to watch UFC clash

Johnny Walker and Jamahal Hill will face each other this weekend in an eagerly anticipated UFC clash.

In a clash of the Americas, the two fighters will do battle with Brazilian Johnny trying to best American Jamahal.

Walker, 29, will be looking for some redemption in the light heavyweight fight and will try to regain some of the fear that surrounded him when he burst through the UFC ranks.

He has been defeated in three of his last four fights and now has a record of 18 victories and six losses to his name, while Hill has a record of nine victories and just one defeat

UFC Fight Night 201 has a stacked card of impressive fighters, but it will be Hill and Walker who steal the limelight in what could be an interesting clash.

The two will do battle in the early hours of the morning on Saturday, February 19 and ring walks are expected from around 3am.

Fights on the rest of the card are expected to commence from around midnight, a few hours before.

The event was originally meant to have a fight between Rafael Fiziev and Rafael do Anjos, but this has been postponed until UFC 272 in March, after Fiziev had to withdraw due to visa issues.

Walker is looking forward to the chance for a resurgence after a difficult few years. He told the Mirror: "My manager called in the morning last week and said if I want to be the main event and I said, 'of course, you don't have to ask me'. I was so glad and so happy."

"I always train for five rounds so my conditioning is good, I know I can do five rounds easy. Now I can bring my show back and I'm gonna bring the madness, it's gonna be different this time."

How can I watch Walker vs Hill?

In the UK, BT Sport 1 will have coverage of the fight. A BT Sport Monthly Pass can be bought for £25 a month.

The fight will be broadcast live from the UFC APEX in Las Vegas and, while not the biggest UFC fight that has been on offer over the years, it is still scheduled to be a good clash with Hill believing it is a chance to prove himself.

The first fight on his new contract, 30-year-old Hill cast aside doubts that he was not being paid enough.

He said: "You have to show your valour. That people like to watch you and you can put a show on, then you can start complaining if you don't get paid enough."
