A crazy summer for combat sports is about to step it up another notch as social media moguls Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk are "dead serious" about fighting one another.
The two tech billionaires have exchanged taunts in recent days and weeks, with Twitter owner Musk suggesting he'd be "up for a cage match" against his Meta counterpart. Facebook founder Zuckerberg responded with a post reading "send location," a reference to UFC legend Khabib Nurmagomedov's famous quote, essentially translating to 'anytime, anywhere'.
And Dana White has now boosted the chances of what could be one of the biggest fights in history going ahead. The UFC president appears to acting as matchmaker for the potential mixed martial arts matchup, and the moguls aren't messing around.
"I was talking to both Elon and Mark last night, both guys are absolutely dead serious about this," White told TMZ Sports. "They both said, 'Yeah, we'll do it!' They both want to do it. Mark Zuckerberg hit me up first and said, ‘Is [Elon] serious?’ And I said, ‘I don’t know, let me ask him.’ I asked him, and [Musk] said, ‘Yeah, I’m dead serious.'”

There also remains a hope fans will see Tyson Fury face Anthony Joshua before the end of the year, though that fight is yet to materialise.
That being said, Zuckerberg vs. Musk has the potential to blow all of those dates out of the water, with White sparing no expense in hyping up the head-to-head.
