Dustin Poirier’s wife gives McGregor the finger after he suffers broken ankle
It's safe to say Conor McGregor and Dustin Poirier's wife, Jolie, do not see eye-to-eye anymore.
The pair used to have respect for each other, with Jolie even going to Conor's dressing room after the second fight to thank him for his planned charity donation.
But by the trilogy fight, that relationship had turned sour – with McGregor claiming Poirier's wife had slid into his Instagram DM's.
And the Irishman repeated that claim this evening as he lay slumped up against the Octagon wall after suffering an apparent broken ankle.
"Your wife is in my DMs, hey baby, hit me back up I'll chat to you later on, I'll be at the after party; The Wynn night club," he shouted after his latest defeat.
But Jolie's response has been captured on camera, with the charity founder appearing to give McGregor the middle finger as he spoke to UFC commentator Joe Rogan.
The 32-year-old made the social media message accusation in the build-up to the trilogy fight.
Posting a picture appearing to show Jolie's Instagram message request, the McGregor teased Poirier about the alleged interaction.
However, as McGregor didn't accept the request, the supposed message from her wasn't actually visible.
The spat between the two fighters came about after McGregor reportedly reneged on his promise to donate $500,000 (£360,000) to Poirier's charity – the Good Fight Foundation.
That promise from McGregor led to Jolie making her way to the fighter's dressing room moments after her husband's win in the second bout.
In backstage footage, Jolie walked in and said to McGregor: “I just wanted to say thank you so much.”
McGregor then replied: “Congratulations tonight, he fought a great fight.”
Jolie then noted his kindness by saying: “Thank you for everything. It's going to help change a lot of people's lives.“
However, McGregor ended up donating to a different charity, causing Poirier to publicly trash him and his broken promise.
