Conor McGregor is at risk of humiliation in the UFC pound-for-pound rankings after his latest defeat.
The Notorious was knocked out in his rematch with Dustin Poirier after two rounds, entering the Octagon for the first time in 12 months.
He does not want to waste any time getting back to fighting, though, as the Irishman has been weighing up his options in MMA and boxing.
But Dana White is keeping McGregor out of the Octagon for six months by handing him a suspension following the defeat due to mandatory rules as well as the leg injury he picked up.
And the organisation are giving the 32-year-old something else to worry about in his ranking.
McGregor’s loss to Poirier means that he has dropped two places to 15th in UFC’s Pound-for-Pound rankings, having recorded one win in three fights over the last four years.

The Irishman joined the list six years ago, following his win over Chad Mendes at UFC 189 which secured the Featherweight Championship.
Having entered the rankings in July 2015, he was up to third by December that year with a 13-second knockout of No.1 Jose Aldo.
And he almost reached the peak of the Pound-for-Pound rankings the following year, beating Eddie Alvarez for a 21-3 record and the Lightweight Championship.

But entering the list that year was Lightweight No.1 Khabib Nurmagomedov, whose victory over McGregor two years later would drop him six places to eighth.
The Notorious was briefly at the top of the rankings two months before taking on Poirier – but this was a technical error.
While UFC fans were left baffled, the 32-year-old was pushed 10 places down to 11th before hitting rock bottom after UFC 257.
McGregor also tasted humiliation in the Lightweight rankings, dropping to No.6 in the UFC weight class rankings.
