Conor McGregor has splashed out over £700 on a gold steak following his demoralising defeat at the hands of Dustin Poirier at UFC 257 earlier this year.
The 32-year-old has been hanging out with social media sensation Salt Bae, and looked in fine spirits as he considers the next step in his unpredictable career.
The Irishman dined at the famous Nusr-Et Steakhouse in Dubai that has been attended by each of David Beckham, Virgil van Dijk and Kevin de Bruyne among others.
He chose to eat a Golden Tomahawk and was personally served by the celebrity chef, having been spotted spending time on his private yacht last month.
In regards to his future, McGregor has been open about a previous agreement with Manny Pacquiao, that looks to have been shelved following his recent loss.
He wrote on Instagram: "I was savouring very second and enjoying my work.
"A little single disciplined in my approach and stance with mostly boxing.
"It’s what I get for picking this bout and opponent as a precursor to a boxing match against Pacman.
"I deserved to get the legs kicked off me going in with this thinking. This is not the game to play around with."
Adding of his loss: "That calf kick, that low calf kick – I’ve never experienced that before. It was a good one.
“It’s not that I don’t have the style in me to switch it up and keep that at bay.
"I’ve a lot more weapons that I didn’t get to show. It wasn’t my night but no excuses. Hats off!”

Following the bout, McGregor called on Lightweight Champion Khabib Nurmagomedov to return and defend his belt following a negative response to the Irishman’s performance.
He said: “My team has been my team since day one, I’ve not changed anything.
“It is what it is, you know. Respect the athletes. That’s the character of the man for sure, behind the mask. Whatever. What’s he going to do, is he going to come back or not? Cos he’s not throwing no leg kicks.”
Before adding: “He has durability he has experience and I’ll adjust and keep going, but if he (Khabib) wants to make disrespectful comments, come back and lets go again my man.”
