Mason Mount claimed he could “definitely” beat Emma Raducanu at tennis in a hilarious new video. The pair are both appearing in Sports Direct’s Christmas advert, and filmed a fun video for the retailer’s TikTok account.

The pricey Christmas advert was released last Thursday (November 4), showing Raducanu competing in a snowball fight against a host of big names in sport.

In the US Open champion’s first TV advert, she gets involved in the festive battle by serving a snowball straight into Jack Grealish’s back.

Mount is also the victim of a snowball attack in the ad, as fellow Chelsea player in the Women’s Super League, Fran Kirby, points out a ball hit by golf star Andrew Johnson as it hits the Champions League winner in the back.

Now, Raducanu and Mount feature in another festive video for Sports Direct, handing out presents on TikTok.

Stars including Jordan Pickford and Natasha Jones feature in the TikTok, showing the sports stars picking someone to receive a gift.

The England midfielder kicks off the video with a cheeky dig at Raducanu.

“I’m passing the present to someone I’d definitely beat at tennis,” he smiles, handing the present over as the 18-year-old appears on screen with the gift now in her hands.

England rugby player Maro Itoje is the recipient of a present from the recent US Open champion, who says: “I’m passing the present to my personal bodyguard.”

It’s not the first funny TikTok video Mount has featured in either, as the 22-year-old shared a hilarious clip after having his wisdom teeth removed on Tuesday (November 9).

Poking fun at himself when sharing the clip later on, the England star captioned it: “Wiston teeth have left the chat”.

He can be seen in the back of a car on the way home looking spaced-out from the surgery, as he is asked what he thinks of the dentists who removed his four troublesome teeth.

“They’re GOATs,” he repeats.

While still feeling the effects of his surgery, Mount also claims: “If I got a punch right now I wouldn’t even feel it.”

The line that has left everyone in stitches comes when the midfielder claims he is half a great white shark.

“I reckon I’m half human half great white, with the size of these gnashers,” he jokes.

The hysterical line has already made it to Sports Direct’s TikTok video, as the most-liked comment reads: “Mounts is half a great white shark yano”.
