Emma Raducanu is currently looking for a new long-term coach and there are reportedly five options including Andy Murray who she could consider. The British tennis sensation has enjoyed a remarkable rise to superstardom over the past few months.
After making a splash on her debut at Wimbledon by reaching the second week of the Grand Slam, Raducanu went on to make history at the US Open.
The teenager became the first qualifier ever to win a Grand Slam at Flushing Meadows in defeating Leylah Fernandez.
Andrew Richardson helped steer Raducanu to victory at the US Open last month, but the pair have since split.
He’s the second coach to have split with Raducanu since the 18-year-old made her debut on Tour.

Nigel Sears was brought in initially to help Raducanu through the grass-court season before Richardson took his place.
Now making her return to action for the first time since the US Open, Raducanu looks like she could be working with Katie Boulter’s long-term coach Bates.
The former British No 1 is the Lawn Tennis Association’s national coach, but he may not be a long-term option for Raducanu.
According to The Telegraph, there are five options Raducanu could consider for that role in the future.
DON’T MISS
It is claimed that recruitment for Raducanu’s coach is ‘ongoing’ and a final decision may not come until the end of the season.
Darren Cahill is named as the ‘frontrunner’ to coach Raducanu after the 55-year-old split with Simona Halep last month.
The pair had spent six years together and Cahill has incredible pedigree on tour having coached Murray and Ana Ivanovic among others.
Wim Fissette is named as another option, although he’s currently a part of Naomi Osaka’s camp.
The Belgian coach equally has strong WTA Tour experience having worked with former world No 1s such as Kim Clijsters, Angelique Kerber and Victoria Azarenka.
Spaniard Esteban Carril helped spearhead Johanna Konta’s rise into the top 10 a few years ago and is someone who also has had some input on Raducanu’s game already.
The report claims that Carril helped improve Raducanu’s service game last year before she broke out onto the tour.
If Raducanu chooses to bring in a Brit then Iain Hughes could be the best option as he’s currently available and also has experience with Murray.
But there is also some suggestion that Murray could take on the role as Raducanu’s coach in the future.
The three-time Grand Slam champion would not be able to make the transition just yet as he has no plans on retiring any time soon.
However, it is stated that Murray joining Raducanu’s team would be the ‘perfect fit’ once he does decide to call time on his career.
