West Ham have reached an agreement for Chelsea's centre-half Kurt Zouma with the Frenchman's medical set for Wednesday, according to reports.
David Moyes' side are currently top of the table after experiencing a flying start, beating Leicester 4-1 on Monday night.
The Hammers have been chasing Zouma for the best part of the summer as Moyes looks to bolster his defensive line.
The deal is believed to be around £26million, and Zouma will reportedly put pen-to-paper on a five year deal in East London.
And, according to French outlet Telefoot, Zouma's medical is booked for Wednesday, and it will take place in Paris rather than London – although this claim has been shot down.
Julien Maynard, of Telefoot, tweeted: "Agreement found at the moment between Chelsea, West Ham and Kurt Zouma! Everything has accelerated today.
"The French defender will join the Hammers against €30m [roughly £26million], for 5 years. Medical being organised. It will probably take place tomorrow."
Before adding: "The medical visit will take place in Paris."
However, West Ham insider ExWHUemployee, who often gets Hammers transfer news right, disagreed with the tweet: "Urmm….. no medical is booked yet and why would we do that and then have to quarantine him both ends when he is in London anyway."

Zouma moving to West Ham would allow Chelsea to go all-in in their pursuit of Sevilla's Jules Kounde.
Kounde has been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge across the summer, but reports suggested that a move would depend on the future of Zouma.
