West Ham United are reportedly considering a January move for Torino striker Andrea Belotti, who is out of contract at the Serie A side at the end of the season.
The Italian striker was part of Italy's Euro 2020 winning squad during the summer, and has starred for Torino since joining them from Palermo in 2015.
Belotti has scored 99 goals in 199 games for the Serie A outfit, but has reportedly rejected a new contract with Torino, putting sides interested on red alert.
West Ham could swoop in and secure the Italian forward for cheap, as David Moyes continues his rebuild at the London Stadium.
According to the Daily Express, Belotti is set to be available for around £15 million in January as Torino look to cash in on the 27-year-old before he becomes available for free next summer.
The same source also reports that West Ham are looking to provide Michail Antonio with competition for the striker's role, and believe that the Italian is a real possibility due to his impressive goalscoring record.
Would Andrea Belotti be a good signing for West Ham? Comment below
West Ham boss David Moyes is said to be a long-term admirer of the former Palermo player, and with the highly-rated 27-year-old available for an extremely cheap fee in today's market, a deal looks to be a no brainer.
Inter Milan are also reportedly interested in Belotti, and talks emerged last summer, but the Serie A champions opted to sign former Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko instead.
The Premier League could be too much of an attraction for Belotti to turn down, and a move to London is always a boost that gives clubs such as West Ham the edge in getting some deals over the line.
