Utd fans demand red card as Leeds star cuts Tyrell Malacia after six minutes
Manchester United fans were up in arms after Tyrell Malacia was hacked down within the opening 10 minutes of their game against Leeds.
Fans took to social media while watching the Sunday afternoon kick-off when Weston McKennie brutally took down Malacia. Despite the vicious-looking foul, McKennie was allowed to stay on the pitch and even escaped a yellow card.
The historic match is known for being a fiery affair, with neither team particularly keen on the other. The added tension of a 2-2 draw in midweek between the sides could also have contributed to the quick start.

The Sunday afternoon match comes just days after Leeds visited Old Trafford where they managed to take a 2-0 lead over the Red Devils before Erik ten Hag's side pulled it back to 2-2 thanks to Rashford and Sancho.
Managerless Leeds will be looking to build on the strong performance after sacking Jesse Marsch last week when they were beaten by recently promoted Nottingham Forest at the City Ground.
