Thomas Tuchel would be interested in becoming England manager in the future, according to reports in Germany.
Tuchel is currently out of work after he was sacked by Chelsea last month.
The German, 49, has been linked with a return to the Bundesliga but reportedly turned down the chance to manage Bayer Leverkusen before the club appointed former Liverpool midfielder Xabi Alonso.

According to German newspaper Bild, Tuchel would be open to taking the England job if it became available in the future.
Southgate is under mounting pressure ahead of next month’s World Cup following a dismal run of results that has seen England fail to win their last six matches, but is adamant he has no plans to step aside after the tournament in Qatar.
The 52-year-old has insisted he wants to see out his contract until 2024 amid speculation over his future.

Graham Potter – Tuchel’s successor at Chelsea – remains the bookies’ favourite to be the next England boss.
Tuchel was axed by new Blues owner Todd Boehly just 100 days into his reign. It is thought the two had a difficult relationship during his time at Stamford Bridge.
The German, previously the boss of clubs including Borussia Dortmund and Paris Saint-Germain, won the Champions League with Chelsea in 2021.
Tuchel was in charge of Chelsea for 100 games, of which he won 60, drew 24 and lost 16.
Potter has won three of his four games at Chelsea so far, including a double over AC Milan in the Champions League.
