Transfer news LIVE as Man Utd eye Brighton duo, Arsenal want £55m ace
Jurgen Klopp reviews Arsenal draw
Another busy summer transfer window could be on the cards in the Premier League this year, with several clubs already thought to be putting the wheels in motion by drawing up their respective plans of attack for the pre-season market. The likes of Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal are set to be among the division’s biggest players once again when the bidding opens and plenty of rumours have already been flying around with the business end of the campaign now in full swing.
United are thought to be in the market for a number of reinforcements and have been tipped to raid Brighton for two of their brightest talents over the coming months as Erik ten Hag looks to fine-tune his squad in advance of next season. The Red Devils are widely expected to prioritise a move for a first-choice striker to replace Burnley loanee Wout Weghorst, who is set to return to Turf Moor at the end of his six-month spell at Old Trafford.
Chelsea, meanwhile, were the Premier League’s biggest spenders last summer and could reportedly be looking to lead another expensive recruitment drive when the transfer window re-opens later this year. The likes of Arsenal and Tottenham have also been linked with a number of lucrative deals, although only time will tell how things will unfold between now and the start of the upcoming campaign.

Man Utd eye Brighton duo
Manchester United have added Brighton pair Moises Caicedo and Alexis Mac Allister to their list of targets to pursue in the summer, according to The Telegraph.
It is said that the Red Devils could opt to strengthen their midfield ranks over the coming months after struggling in the absence of Casemiro and Christian Eriksen at times this season.
Caicedo and Mac Allister have also been earmarked by other Premier League clubs, though, which suggests that United could be forced into a bidding war should they decide to firm up their interest in the duo later this year.
