Tottenham have Champions League trophy as part of mural – despite losing final
Tottenham Hotspur have included the Champions League trophy as part of a mural at their Hotspur Way training ground, despite losing the final in 2019.
Spurs reached their only Champions League final two seasons ago under Mauricio Pochettino but were beaten 2-0 by Liverpool in Madrid.
Goals from Mohamed Salah and Divock Origi at the Wanda Metropolitano ended Spurs' dreams of winning the competition for the first time in their history.
However, this defeat and their lack of Champions League glory has not stopped the club from including the trophy in a mural that adorns the walls of their training ground.
In a video uploaded to Instagram by BBC and BT Sport presenter Reshmin Chowdhury on Wednesday shows the mural on the wall at Hotspur Way.
The yellow, grey and blue love heart painting includes lyrics from a number of Spurs chants, including "Glory, glory, Tottenham Hotspur" and "When the Spurs go marching in".
In the centre of the mural are five people of varying ages playing football with the FA Cup trophy, which Spurs have lifted eight times, in the top right hand corner.

However, half of what appears to be the Champions League trophy can be seen on the other side of the mural.
Spurs have failed to be crowned European champions in their six seasons in the Champions League and the European Cup.
The defeat to Liverpool is their only appearance in the final of the competition to date, with their other five appearances producing one semi-final, one quarter-final, two rounds of 16 and one group stage exit.
Spurs have won three European trophies in their history, though, with two UEFA Cup victories in 1972 and 1984 following the Cup Winners' Cup in 1963.
Any hopes of a fourth European trophy rest on progressing from the group stage of this season's Europa Conference League.
Antonio Conte's side currently sit second in their group and one point ahead of Vitesse Arnhem with two matches remaining, starting with a trip to face Slovenian side Mura on Thursday.
