Thomas Tuchel’s trusted staff include specialist coaches and decision makers
Thomas Tuchel could bring his trusted backroom staff to Stamford Bridge, should the former PSG boss be appointed new Chelsea manager as expected.
The Blues are on the hunt for a new manager having sacked Frank Lampard on Monday morning.
Tuchel is the heavy favourite and could even be appointed ahead of Chelsea’s Premier League fixture with Wolves on Wednesday.
Tuche has enjoyed success at Mainz and Borussia Dortmund and led PSG to the Champions League final just over four months before being shown the door in the French capital.
And the 47-year-old German has a number of trusted people behind him, including wife Sissi, who has been married to manager for 11 years.
Daily Star Sport looks at the others who could be heading to London with Tuchel…
Arno Michels – assistant
Tuchel has had Arno Michels by his side ever since they worked together at Mainz.
They met when learning their coaching badges and are believed to share the same footballing philosophy.
"He is a diligent, hardworking and loyal trainer whose character traits suit me perfectly," Tuchels has previously said of Michels.
Zsolt Low – coach
A more recent addition to Tuchel’s backroom staff, the manager had coached Zsolt Low as a player at Mainz.
He arrived at PSG after a successful spell as assistant coach with Bundesliga giants RB Leipzig.
The former defender had also been involved at RB Salzburg having retired from playing in 2011, aged 32.

Benjamin Weber – video analyst
Tuchel likes to be able to watch plenty, and has been working with video analyst Benjamin Weber since his Mainz days.
Weber was quick to implement changes at PSG with cameras installed to record training sessions on his advice.
Expect the cameras to be set up around Chelsea too once Tuchel is officially appointed by owner Roman Abramovich.

Zoumana Camara – set-piece specialist
Chelsea already have Anthony Barry as a set-piece specialist, but he could make way for Zoumana Camara.
Camara was assistant to Laurent Blanc and Unai Emery while at PSG, though Tuchel put his knowledge to use on set-pieces.
He had spent six years on the PSG coaching staff after eight seasons as a player in French capital, but left upon the arrival of Mauricio Pochettino.

Rainer Schrey – fitness coach
In this congested season keeping players fit and fresh is proving vital, and Rainer Schrey is trusted by Tuchel.
The pair have worked together since 2011 with Schrey being an author of health and fitness books.
Schrey is said to be a disciplinarian and is known to preach that nutrition is key, so watch what you eat Chelsea stars.
Philipp Schelb – special adviser
Philipp Schelb attends all post-match press conferences as he works carefully to ensure the team are looked after.
Dubbed Mr Discreet, he has often been seen by Tuchel’s side and deals with the logistical side of a football club.
Like Tuchel, Schelb is from the Munich region, and he could be close by were the manager to head to Chelsea.

Olaf Meinking – agent
Olaf Meinking could be the one thrashing out a deal for Tuchel at Stamford Bridge, though he doesn’t often work with football stars.
Meinking instead has a raft of German actors and singers on his books, with Tuchel preferring that.
The manager once said: “Football agents always have other interests. I wanted to avoid it from the start.”
