Thierry Henry got off to a fine start on his return to punditry for Sky Sports on Monday. The Arsenal legend cracked a joke within seconds of his first appearance on the channel for over two years.
Henry has spent the last couple of years starting his managerial career.
He recently resigned from his role as manager of Montreal Impact in order to return to the UK.
And Sky swiftly brought the Frenchman back into their studio for their Monday Night Football programme.
Henry, Jamie Carragher and presenter David Jones crossed to Sky Sports News to preview the programme which starts at 7pm.

Fans were already looking forward to Henry and Carragher being alongside each other again following the infamous in-studio moment when Liverpool sacked Brendan Rodgers in 2015.
And Henry gave a further hint to what viewers can expect later in the evening.
Jones introduced Henry, saying: “Thierry we have missed you but the searching question is, how much have you missed us?”
Henry had his colleagues laughing straight away, replying: “Not a lot to be fair.”

He then continued by mocking former Liverpool defender Carragher, referring back to their playing days where Henry would often get the better of him.
“No, no, no, I have missed you guys,” Henry said.
“Happy to be back, strange. It’s been a long time, two-and-a-half years.
“It’s been a long time but happy to be back, happy to see Jamie. Two metres apart from me like in a game!”
Henry’s comment sparked laughter from both Jones and Carragher, with the former replying: “It’s a good start to be fair. It’s a good early start Thierry.”
Carragher quipped: “No one watches the cross [to Sky Sports News] do they?”
Henry had a spell as a regular pundit for Sky before deciding to pursue his desire to be a manager in 2018.
But despite his return to analysing the game on Monday, he insists he is determined to continue his coaching career.
“Definitely a coach out of work,” he said.
“It’s been a difficult season. I think we will talk about it later on because we don’t have the time right now.
“But it’s been a tough season, I’m still enjoying coaching, I think this is my path.
“But I will give an explanation as to why I had to come back and be with you tonight.”
