Swansea vs Man City prediction: How will FA Cup play out tonight?

Manchester City will look to win a 15th successive match across all competitions when they head to Swansea City in the FA Cup on Wednesday night. City are flying at present, hammering champions Liverpool 4-1 at the weekend to go five points clear at the top of the Premier League, while they are also into the League Cup final, have a reasonably favourable Champions League draw and face lower-league opposition here in the FA Cup.

City won’t take the Swans lightly, as the Welsh side are in excellent form themselves: 10 games unbeaten is their current run, culminating in a victory over Championship leaders Norwich last time out.

It means that they can go top if they win their game in hand, though the focus here will be on extending the unbeaten run by taking a top-flight scalp, as difficult as that might be.

Swansea are third in the league table and will look to their January loan signing Conor Hourihane to continue his excellent form – he has three goals in as many games since joining from Aston Villa last month.
