He is a Champions League winner, having started for Chelsea in the 2012 final against Bayern Munich and remains a reliable option out wide for top-flight teams in Europe.

The full-back has made 240 appearances for Southampton, scoring eight times, and he has established himself as a mainstay in the side during his time on the south coast.
Now attention turns to Bertrand’s next move and he is said to have commenced talks with Arsenal, as well as AC Milan and AS Monaco, about a move this summer while Premier League leaders Manchester City have also made contact, according to Goal.

Serie A teams are increasingly looking to the Premier League for signings with Chris Smalling proving a hit at AS Roma, while Fikayo Tomori is starring on loan from Chelsea with AC Milan.
Bertrand will leave Southampton with 19 England caps to his name – the last of those arriving in 2017.
