Southampton boss Ralph Hasenhuttl broke down in tears as his side beat Premier League champions Liverpool 1-0.
Danny Ings chipped the ball over Alisson's head after two minutes of play at St. Mary's before a valiant second half of defending.
And the cameras showed the Saints manager, who returned to the touchline after missing the draw against West Ham when a housemate caught Covid-19, falling to the floor and having tears in his eyes.
Hasenhuttl could be seen gasping in belief as Jurgen Klopp walked over to him for the full-time handshake, patting him on the head before moving to the pitch.
The manager then stood up and took a moment for himself in the empty stadium before shaking hands with the players.
The win ended Southampton's run of four games without victory and put them sixth in the Premier League table.
Recording the club's first win against Anfield for eight games, the manager's reaction to the result also had an effect on the players.
"He's very passionate and I think it's great for all of us to see that," Ings said in his post-match interview.
"It's not easy to do but the manager's got us working our socks off this season."
And fans on social media heaped praise on the Austrian for his passionate display at St. Mary's
"Love that reaction from Hasenhuttl – genuine emotion," one viewer said.
Another commented: "I absolutely love Ralph Hasenhuttl."
While a third simply said: "Respect to Hasenhuttl."
