Solskjaer’s transfer message to Man Utd fans before Brentford pre-season game
Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has delivered Red Devils fans with an encouraging transfer message ahead of their pre-season friendly with Brentford.
United haven't been afraid to delve into the transfer market this summer, and they finally tied down Borussia Dortmund's star Jadon Sancho after a two-year-long pursuit.
Real Madrid's Raphael Varane is also on the shopping list, and United have agreed a deal in principle for the French defender.
However, the Red Devils may not be done in the transfer market just yet, and Solskjaer has hinted that more signings could still arrive at Old Trafford this summer.
"[I] am hopeful there might be a little more business done by us before [the] summer window closes," the Norwegian told media ahead of their friendly with Brentford.
"Also mindful a lot of our squad members underwent great development on loan last term. No question we go into this season in better shape than last [season]."
United have been strongly linked with Atletico Madrid's Saul Niguez this summer and he could move to Old Trafford should Paul Pogba move to PSG.
Andreas Pereira has also returned to Manchester after spending a season on loan at Serie A side Lazio.

Pereira found the net in the friendly, and the Brazilian bagged a wonder-goal when he struck the back-of-the-net with a 25-yard volley.
The strike even had United's superstar Bruno Fernandes giving the Brazilian a standing ovation.
