Sky Sports ‘do dirty’ on Man City star Manuel Akanji as fans can’t stop laughing
Sky Sports did Manchester City star Manuel Akanji dirty and fans cannot stop laughing about it.
Viewers spotted that the Swiss defender looked different as the line-ups were displayed on screen during coverage of City's 1-0 win at Crystal Palace on Saturday evening. Akanji was shown in the back four along with John Stones, Ruben Dias and Nathan Ake after being named in the starting XI by manager Pep Guardiola.
However, the image of Akanji appeared to show his head photoshopped onto another body, with fans speculating on social media it was that of team-mate Bernardo Silva.

A third added: "Nah man, why does @SkySports keep doing Manuel Akanji dirty???" One more fan wrote: "They did Akanji dirty ffs."

Akanji went on to play the full 90 minutes as Guardiola's side claimed a narrow victory thanks to Erling Haaland's second half penalty.
The result reduced the gap to Premier League leaders Arsenal to two points ahead of the Gunners' trip to Fulham on Sunday afternoon.
Saturday's match marked Akanji's 30th appearance for City this season following his move from Borussia Dortmund in the summer. The 1-0 victory also made it back-to-back clean sheets in the league for Akanji and City.
Following the win, Guardiola eluded to the title race before switching his attention to Tuesday's Champions League tie against RB Leipzig.
Speaking to Sky Sports, he stated: "Of course Arsenal is on an incredible run. Still we are there. Here in the typical winter game, a difficult one, we were there all the time and then we won it.
"Now we have to do absolutely everything and next Tuesday and Saturday. Hopefully the Etihad can live one of the best nights we have lived and we can do it again."
