Slavisa Jokanovic is hoping to add French winger Yann Karamoh from Parma and Roma goalkeeper Robin Olsen to his Sheffield United squad before the deadline.
The 31-year-old Olsen, who played in all Sweden’s games at the last World Cup and appeared at Euro 2020, had a loan spell at Everton last season.
However, it wasn’t an enjoyable experience as his family were the victims of a vicious attack when their Cheshire home was raided by men wielding knives.

Olsen made 11 appearances in all competitions on loan at Everton last season from Roma
Olsen will be hoping for a more settled experience in Yorkshire where he will replace Aaron Ramsdale who joined Arsenal.
The Gunners brought in Ramsdale from the Blades in an £30million deal 11 days ago to provide competition for No 1 Bernd Leno.
United rejected two bids from Arsenal but eventually gave in to their approaches.
Jokanovic had also enquired about former Chelsea keeper Willy Caballero.
Karamoh, 23, was an option considered by Crystal Palace earlier in the window. The former France U21 international has had spells with Bordeaux and Inter Milan.
