Ryan Reynolds has comical response to Wrexham captain who fancies his mum
Ryan Reynolds has responded brilliantly to comments Wrexham captain Ben Tozer made about fancying his mum.
Following the Red Dragon's heart-palpitating 3-2 victory over National League title rivals Notts County on Monday, Tozer appeared on talkSPORT and was asked to comment on rumours that Reynolds' 77-year-old mother Tammy had been flirting with him.
"I'm not quite her favourite you know, we had a lovely hug though. She's not a bad looking woman at 77, it's got to be said," the defender admitted, much to the amusement of presenter Laura Woods.

A day later, Reynolds responded to the clip on Twitter, writing: "Get promoted and I’ll make you my new stepdad, Tozer."
Wrexham fans were absolutely loving the tweet, with one branding Reynolds "the greatest owner in the history of sports."
"I hope you’ve got a big back garden for when you’re playing father & son football with him Ryan, his long throws are no joke," one supporter said in response, while a second wrote: "Hahah class. This is a better love story than Deadpool."

A third added: "No one can deny that Wrexham have the greatest owner in the history of sports. Reynolds is a legend."
Wrexham are on the verge of sealing promotion to the Football League for the first time in a decade-and-a-half following their victory on Monday, which has seen them pull three points clear of Notts County at the top of the table.
The Welsh side also have a game in hand on their rivals, and with just a few weeks of the season remaining, promotion looks all but assured – as does Tozer's induction into the Reynolds family, it seems.
