Roy Keane makes brutal injury dig to Micah Richards after Man City’s title win
Roy Keane made a brutal injury dig at Micah Richards during Manchester City's Premier League celebrations.
The Sky Sports pundits understandably had differing emotions as City clinched the title on a dramatic final day of the season. Their former defender Richards was buzzing, while ex-Man United captain Keane was wanting to be anywhere but the Etihad.
As City's staff were preparing to emerge to be awarded their winners medals, host David Jones noted: "There are plenty of them, Micah." Richards then spotted a familiar face and replied: "There's one of the old physios there, James Baldwin. He got promoted within.
"Everywhere you look, they try to get the best in class. No matter what that may be. Yes, they've spent a lot of money, but it's the team behind the team making sure the lads can go out on the pitch and give their all."
A mischievous Keane had clearly been conjuring up a line as he jibed: "They had five physios just for you, didn't they?" Richards suffered numerous injury issues which hampered his playing career.

But he took the joke in good humour as he hit back: "Yeah, six actually." Keane, not content with the shot he'd already fired, added: "Three for each leg."
The pundits later shared another hilarious moment together after they'd made their way down on to the pitch to get among the celebrations. Richards had joined in with the classic 'Yaya/Kolo Toure chant' and danced around with some of his old colleagues.
Keane couldn't bare to look as he pulled a face of disgust, prompting Jones to joke: "You're loving this, aren't you Roy?" He sarcastically replied: "Yeah, absolutely fantastic. It's great to be here." Jones chuckled at the response before Keane added: "Torture."
