Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku’s agent has reportedly already started plotting the Belgian’s next move in a message for Blues director Marina Granovskaia. Lukaku was a £97.5million summer arrival at Stamford Bridge but has endured a mixed return to the club.
Lukaku started brightly after sealing his groundbreaking transfer from Inter Milan.
He scored on his debut in the 2-0 win over London rivals Arsenal. There was then a brace against Aston Villa before he headed in his first Champions League goal for the club against Malmo.
But Lukaku would have to wait a further 11 appearances for his next strike.
An ankle injury he suffered in October slowed his progression. Boss Thomas Tuchel slowly integrated Lukaku back into the starting XI and he scored on his return to the side in Wednesday’s thrilling 3-3 Champions League draw with Zenit.

Now, Lukaku’s agent has already spelled out his client’s next move.
Federico Pastorello believes the star will soon move back to Italy, where he was so successful at Inter.
However, Pastorello also conceded that Lukaku is focused on Chelsea and had praise for Granovskaia, who helped to broker the player’s summer move.
“One day we will see Lukaku back in Serie A, because he loves Italy. But now it’s time for Chelsea to enjoy Romelu,” he told Tuttosport.
“Marina Granovskaia deserves the best. She is very serious, she never bluffs.”
The 28-year-old has already played for seven clubs in his career and is the most expensive player in world football when accumulative transfer fees are considered.
He initially joined Chelsea from Anderlecht in an £18m deal just over a decade ago.
Everton then shelled out close to £30m before he was transferred to Manchester United for £76m.
After falling out of favour under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, the Red Devils sold Lukaku to Inter for £74m.

He earned a reputation as one of the world’s best forwards under Antonio Conte, scoring 64 goals in 95 appearances. Lukaku also helped Inter win Serie A for the first time in 11 years.
Chelsea agreed to bring Lukaku back to the club for £97.5m in August, making him the most paid-for player in world football.
He sits above Neymar, for whom Barcelona and Paris Saint Germain have paid a combined £247m.
Lukaku will be expected to line up for the Blues when they host Leeds on Saturday.
