Marca stated on Tuesday that the world-class forward is keen to leave the French giants in the winter transfer window, due to feeling ‘betrayed’ by the club’s owners.

The 23-year-old, who has 12 goals in 13 appearances in all competitions this season, signed a three-year contract extension this summer with a reported weekly wage of £1million and a signing-on fee of £100m.
But he is already said to be wanting to leave amid reports of frosty relations with fellow forwards Neymar and Lionel Messi, with the Argentine looking on coldly after Mbappe fired PSG ahead against Benfica in the Champions League on Tuesday.
Despite this, the European champions reportedly believe January negotiations would be difficult, and exacerbated by the rivalry which has developed between the two clubs in recent years.

Real are however monitoring the situation despite being happy with their squad and concerns over the player’s massive salary and the impression he sees himself ‘above the team’.
The Spanish side also feel the current noises from Mbappe’s camp about leaving are simply to put pressure on his club.
They are also thought to be pleased at PSG’s embarrassment after being painted as the ‘turkeys of the farce’ after Mbappe’s decision to U-turn on a planned move to Real and stay at PSG.
