Ramsey ‘on Klopp’s radar’ and could join Liverpool for just £10million
Liverpool could land Aaron Ramsey this summer for as little as £10m according to reports in Italy.
The former Arsenal man headed to Juventus in 2019 but has been unable to nail down a regular spot.
Ramsey is pocketing around £120,000-a-week in Turin but the Italians are keen to lower their wage bill.
As a result the Welshman could be offloaded this summer with the Reds among those keen.
According to Tutto Juve, Ramsey is 'on Jurgen Klopp's radar', and could be available for a bargain price.
Juventus are looking to land around £17m for the midfielder, but would be willing to accept as little as £10m.
Ramsey cost them nothing after Arsenal opted against renewing his contract at the Emirates.
Under Andrea Pirlo though the 30-year-old has been a peripheral figure.
He has failed to feature in his last five games and didn't play in Juventus' Coppa Italia success on Wednesday night.
Ramsey has confessed that his time with the Old Lady has been frustrating as he battles injury and a lack of consistency.
He told FourFourTwo magazine: "It’s been a pretty frustrating couple of years for me, picking up little injuries and not being able to get back to full fitness.
"It’s been a strange time in general, which hasn’t helped – arriving at Juventus with an injury, trying to get my fitness back, then you’re hit by a pandemic and we had to start again.
"It’s been difficult to get any consistency going, and that’s had an effect on me playing for Wales."
Liverpool are set to lose Georginio Wijnaldum this summer with his contract winding down.
Doubts also continue to swirl over the future of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, who has had to battle several injury problems.
