Rachel Riley says Man Utd need ‘domestic abuse experts’ amid Antony allegations
Manchester United fan Rachel Riley has blasted the Red Devils, and has claimed domestic abuse experts need to be involved in the "club processes".
Riley's latest comments come as United's winger Antony is facing police probes in the UK and Brazil following accusations of domestic abuse against his ex-girlfriend.
GMP said in a statement on Monday on Antony: "Greater Manchester Police is aware of the allegations made and enquiries remain ongoing to establish the circumstances surrounding this report. We will not be commenting any further at this time." Antony has denied all the charges.
And Riley did not hold back in her view of the club's processes.

"Is anyone doing any due diligence on these players?" Riley wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter. "Heinous stuff described in these accusations.
"This time domestic abuse experts need to be involved in the club’s processes."
Riley was outspoken over the club's handling of Mason Greenwood – suggesting she would stop supporting the club if they welcomed the striker back into the first team.
Greenwood had been suspended by United while the club completed an internal investigation after charges of attempted rape, controlling and coercive behaviour and assault against him were dropped.
However, United announced that Greenwood would not be playing for the club again after they concluded their internal investigation. He is now on loan at Getafe.
