PSG chief Al-Khelaifi ‘stormed ref’s dressing room and broke equipment’ at Real
Paris Saint-Germain president Nasser Al-Khelaifi reportedly stormed the referee's dressing room and broke a piece of equipment after their Champions League exit to Real Madrid on Wednesday night.
A report in Spanish publication Marca cites Movistar journalist Monica Marchante and claims Al-Khelaifi saw something he didn't like during the match.
Al-Khelaifi was reportedly left red faced, though, as he ended up storming into the office of Mejia Davila – a Real Madrid delegate.
Meanwhile, a different report from Goal cites an alleged copy of the referee's match report which says Al-Khelaifi 'behaved aggressively' as he tried to enter the dressing.
It continues by claiming that when the referee asked them to leave, the 'president hit a piece of the assistant's equipment, breaking it.'
The alleged incident came after PSG were dumped out of the Champions League by Real Madrid.
Kylian Mbappe's first-half goal had given Mauricio Pochettino's side a two-goal aggregate lead and looked to have put them within touching distance of the last-eight.
But a remarkable second half collapse saw the French giants relinquish that lead in the space of 17 minutes as veteran striker Karim Benzema stole the show.

Benzema, who turns 35 later this year, rolled back the years with a superb hat-trick as Real produced an incredible fightback to dump out the tournament favourites.
PSG's exit could have serious consequences for Pochettino, whose job will be under threat with Al-Khelaifi desperate to achieve Champions League success.
The former Tottenham boss has been consistently linked with a return to the Premier League with Manchester United, rumours that will grow further following the loss at the Bernabeu.
Despite the devastating defeat in the Spanish capital, PSG sporting director Leonardo appeared to back Pochettino after the match – although only for the remainder of this season.
"We shouldn't throw everything in the bin," Leonardo told RMC Sport after the game. "We shouldn't start from scratch after every loss. The objective is to win the Champions League, and until half-time we were fine.
"We have to look to improve this team and maintain morale to play in Ligue 1 and to finish the season well. We should stay together.
"Pochettino is still part of the project for this season. It's not the time to think about that."
