Pochettino ‘prepared to leave PSG now’ as Man Utd seek Solskjaer’s replacement
Mauricio Pochettino is seemingly ready to quit PSG should Manchester United come calling for him as the Red Devils look to replace Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
Solskjaer was dismissed by United on Sunday morning after his side were embarrassed 4-1 at Vicarage Road on Saturday afternoon.
United have installed Michael Carrick on an interim basis until a long-term replacement is found.
And, according to the Daily Mail, that replacement could come in the form of current PSG boss Pochettino.
With the current PSG boss prepared to walk away from the Parc des Princes should the opportunity find its way to his doorstep.
Pochettino is reportedly unhappy in the French capital due to a number of reasons.
The report states that the Argentine has grown frustrated at managing the PSG dressing-room with big egos such as Lionel Messi, Neymar and Kylian Mbappe.
While Pochettino is yet to settle down in the French capital, and he still lives in a hotel with his family remaining in London.
And the Argentine would welcome a return to England, where he spent the most successful period of his career with Tottenham Hotspurs.

Interestingly, Pochettino was favourite to take over at United when Jose Mourinho was dismissed in late 2018.
Solskjaer was handed the job, like Carrick, on an interim basis, but when the Norwegian won 14 out of his first 19 games, he was handed the job on a full-time basis.
Gary Neville also believes that Pochettino could be in line for a United move: "I think Mauricio Pochettino – although he'd never say it – would leave to come to Man Utd on a five-year deal tomorrow.

"He'd look at that group of players, he'd look at the club and he'd realise he'd probably be able to achieve more than he wants at Man Utd in terms of a project."
Pochettino will be in Manchester this week when his PSG side face Manchester City on Wednesday evening.
