AC Milan have reportedly been offered the chance to sign Philippe Coutinho and James Rodriguez this summer. Milan are in the market for a playmaker, with the club needing to replace Hakan Calhanoglu.
Calhanoglu has completed a switch to rivals Inter Milan on a free transfer, while Brahim Diaz’s loan spell has come to an end.
As a result, Milan are in need of playmaker and, according to Italian outlet Tuttosport, both Coutinho and Rodriguez are on their radar.
The report states the pair’s respective agents have offered their services to Milan and there may be an opportunity to get a deal done because of their respective situations.
Coutinho has struggled during his time at Barcelona and he could be available on loan this summer.

It is claimed that the player is keen to revive his career away from the Nou Camp, although his €12m (£10m) annual salary could prove a stumbling block.
Rodriguez’s future, meanwhile, has been thrown into doubt following Carlo Ancelotti’s departure from Everton.
Rodriguez and Ancelotti have worked extensively together in the past at Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Everton and the Italian coach was the main reason Rodriguez made the move to Goodison Park in the first place.
However, Ancelotti has since returned to Madrid, leaving Rodriguez’s future up in the air.

According to Tuttosport, Rodriguez’s agent Jorge Mendes has offered the player to Milan, with the idea that Everton would be willing to sell him for around €10m (£8.5m).
Milan’s technical director Paolo Maldini is said to be evaluating whether or not the two players would be feasible options, with only one deal expected to go through.
The Serie A side have already made two major signings this summer, bringing in goalkeeper Mike Maignan from Lille and making Fikayo Tomori’s loan move permanent.
Maignan has been signed as a replacement for Gianluigi Donnarumma, who is expected to join Paris Saint-Germain.
Tomori, meanwhile, completed his transfer after a successful loan spell at the San Siro.
Speaking after he had sealed the move, Tomori said: “Since I talked to Maldini and [Frederic] Massara that expectations would be high, so I should have done my best. Everyone helped me, since I arrived here I understood that I would only have the opportunity to be the owner if I had given my all.
“We arrived in the Champions League and we are happy, we want to give continuity to this thing. But we are at Milan, we have to fight for the trophies.
“We finished the season in second place, now we want to see if we can close the gap and try to win the league. We will try to have a good Champions League. We came close to winning the Scudetto, now we will try to do it. We also want to make a good run in the Italian Cup.”
