Peter Crouch ‘duets’ with UK’s Eurovision hero Sam Ryder in quiet pub
Former England striker Peter Crouch and United Kingdom's Eurovision hero Sam Ryder had fans in stitches with a video of the pair singing an unlikely duet in a quiet pub.
With Ryder kicking off a rendition of Sinad O'Connor's Nothing Compares 2 U while sitting at the bar over a pint glass, he turns the camera around to reveal ex-Tottenham and Liverpool forward Crouch.
With the 6ft 7in football star then expertly delivering the second line, a large group appears from behind him and the duet becomes a choir with Crouch holding up a pint of Guinness to the camera with a large grin.
Crouchy wrote on Twitter: "Congrats to Sam Ryder. This performance then Eurovision."
With a fan writing in response: "This is one of the best things I’ve ever seen."
With a second adding: "Brilliant as ever."
With a third saying: "Love it ahahhahava."

Ryder and the UK had led the way following votes from juries, with Ukraine coming out on top when the public vote was taken into account.
Sam said after the result: "Just destroyed the stigma! Thanks everyone for supporting.
