Manchester United's woeful start to the new season has continued as they fell 4-0 down before half-time away to Brentford.
New signing Lisandro Martinez continued to struggle in his second United appearance and Gary Neville on Sky said he had "no chance against Mee" as the Bees defender scored his side's third goal of the afternoon. Fans were also quick to tear United's performance to shreds on social media during the match.
Following Brentford's fourth goal, one rival supporter took to Twitter to comment on the score and wrote: "What is wrong with Man Utd? Seriously, this is looking like a curse."

Another added: "Each passing week Man Utd show Frenkie de Jong why he shouldn’t join their club." Meanwhile, a third also tweeted: "That Man Utd team is actually banter. I can’t believe some fans got excited over that pre season win."
The Red Devils got off to a terrible start with an error from David de Gea gifting the hosts the lead after just 10 minutes.
The Spaniard allowed Josh Dasilva's tame strike to squirm under him as he dived to his left to save the ball, beginning a disastrous first half for Erik ten Hag's side.
Brentford's lead was doubled eight minutes later by Mathias Jensen after Christian Eriksen had been dispossessed on the edge of his own penalty area.
Mee then made it three on the half hour mark as he beat Martinez in the air to head home from a corner, with former United defender Gary Neville admitting the Argentinian had "no chance" against the Brentford man.
United's misery was compounded five minutes later as Brentford added a fourth on the counter-attack with 10 minutes still remaining in the opening half.
A flowing move started with United losing possession in the Brentford penalty area before Bryan Mbuemo held off the challenge of Luke Shaw to calmly slot the ball past a helpless De Gea.
Fortunately for United fans, Mbuemo's goal proved to be the last of the first half, with Ten Hag's side making it to the interval without going even further behind.
