The Selecao have already qualified for the last 16 after beating Serbia and Switzerland in their first two games and will secure their place at the top of Group G with at least a draw against Cameroon.

Brazil have already suffered a huge setback as Neymar suffered an ankle injury in the 2-0 win over Serbia. The Paris Saint-Germain forward missed the 1-0 victory over Switzerland on Monday and is also expected to be given another game to recover.

According to Globo, Brazil’s head coach Tite has already told the group that several changes will be made for the game against Cameroon and Eder Militao is expected to be the only starter from the win over Switzerland to keep his place in the side.

Manchester City goalkeeper Ederson will start ahead of Liverpool’s Alisson, while in defence, Militao will move from right-back to central defence to partner Bremer, who is yet to make an appearance in Qatar.

Dani Alves will appear at his third World Cup as the 39-year-old is in line to start on the right side of Brazil’s defence, while Alex Telles will play on the opposite flank.
