Manchester United are ready to listen to offers for Anthony Martial this summer, according to reports. The France international is expected to feature in his side’s FA Cup showdown with Leicester. And he enters that match at the King Power Stadium with a point to prove.
Manchester United signed Martial from Monaco in 2015.
And he made an instant impact at Old Trafford, scoring on his debut against Liverpool and bagging 17 goals across all competitions.
Martial regressed under Jose Mourinho but was a major positive under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer last term, finding the net 23 times.
Yet he’s struggled this term, scoring just seven goals.
United are determined to sign Erling Haaland from Borussia Dortmund this summer, with Solskjaer making his compatriot his No 1 transfer target.

And Dean Jones, speaking on The Touchline Talk, has claimed United are thinking about selling Martial this summer.
“I think that they’re definitely considering selling him if a good offer was to come in,” he said.
United have backed Martial publicly, with Solskjaer regularly insisting the France international will come good.
But, behind the scenes, it seems patience is starting to wear thin.
With Edinson Cavani and Marcus Rashford both out injured, Martial is expected to start his side’s crunch FA Cup showdown with Leicester.

The 25-year-old has missed the club’s recent matches against West Ham and AC Milan but Solskjaer sounded positive when quizzed on the player on Friday.
“Not concerned at all,” he said. “I just want Anthony fit. Same with Paul. We just want them to go and play. They’ve missed too many games.
“This was a hip injury he got against AC Milan a week ago, we hoped he was going to be ready for West Ham and then he couldn’t make that one.
“Then he was close to getting fit for this one [against AC Milan]. He couldn’t make it but hopefully he can make Sunday [against Leicester].
“I’m not sure because he’s not reacted how we hoped. He’s working hard to get the treatment, in the pool, light work and everything to get ready.
“That’s the pleasing thing. He’s just wanting to get fit and I think it will benefit him going to France and playing.”
Meanwhile, Louis Saha was recently quizzed on Martial’s situation.
And he insisted the Frenchman should stay put and prove himself at Old Trafford, saying: “I think he’s a top player, that’s for sure.
“I think when you’re a No 9 and you’re not scoring, it’s difficult as people are only asking you to score goals. That’s it.
“When you’re not doing it you’re going to be criticised. You need to be strong and really believe. You also need to be selfish and adopt a style of play that you really fancy.
“This is why he’s getting the criticism. It’s not about his talent or desire because he has that I’m sure.
“It his expression sometimes. Having that obsession with scoring goals makes it easier because people say he’s been unlucky but you can see when he’s in his comfort zone people get on his back.”
He then continued: “I really don’t think he’s a player Man United should let go because he can be that player who completes the striking force as he’s unique in the way he plays.
“When you’re not scoring you need to be obsessed with scoring goals and I think sometimes he doesn’t show that.”
