Man Utd vs Wrexham start time, TV channel and live stream

Manchester United and Wrexham meet as part of each club’s respective pre-season preparation. Managers Erik ten Hag and Phil Parkinson will be on the sidelines watching their teams in friendly action.

Wrexham continue their pre-season preparations ahead of their first season in the English Football League for 15 years. The Welsh club earned promotion from the National League last season and will now be competing in League Two.

For United, they continue the necessary preparations for yet another Premier League campaign. The Red Devils finished third in the English top flight last season, and won the Carabao Cup.

Pre-season is well underway in the United States for both clubs for the past week. United have had friendlies against French club Lyon and Premier League rivals Arsenal, both ending in victories without conceding a goal.

Wrexham lost 5-0 to Chelsea in their first pre-season friendly as part of their US tour. That was followed by a 4-0 win over LA Galaxy II on Saturday, and now United will be the League Two newcomers’ next opponents.

Here is everything you need to know about tonight’s match…

When is kick-off?

United’s game against Wrexham is scheduled to kick off on Wednesday morning with kick-off at 3.30am. The Snapdragon Stadium is likely to be a sell-out with the 35,000 seater stadium expected to be at full capacity for the fixture.

Is it on TV or available to stream?

Man United’s own TV channel, MUTV, will be streaming the full match, as well as providing highlights and post-game reaction. Coverage will begin before the kick-off time.

What should fans look out for?

United will be looking to continue their pre-season campaign with yet another victory. New signing Mason Mount is likely to get minutes, as he looks to settle in following his big-money transfer from Chelsea.

For Wrexham, there is the possibility that owners Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney could be in attendance in San Diego. McElhenney was at The Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson for the win over LA Galaxy II.

United could also look to hand a debut to new signing Andre Onana, who arrived following a transfer from Inter Milan. The goalkeeper will have the task of replacing David De Gea for the 2023-24 season.
