Paris Saint-Germain and France defender Presnel Kimpembe believes that any club on the planet would welcome Paul Pogba amid speculation that the Ligue 1 champions are pursuing a move for the Manchester United midfielder. Pogba and Kimpembe are currently with the French national side for Euro 2020 ahead of their opening Group F encounter against Germany on Monday.
The United man has been linked with a move away from Old Trafford for some time, with his current contract set to expire next summer.
He played an important role for the Red Devils this season, helping them to a second-placed finish in the Premier League table with five goals and three assists in 26 appearances.
However, the 20-time champions are yet to offer Pogba a new deal, with PSG said to be keeping tabs on the situation.
Reports have claimed that club chiefs have already reached out to the player’s agent, Mino Raiola, to discuss the possibility of a summer move.
Kimpembe, who is a product of the Parisian side’s youth academy, has suggested that he would be more than happy to see Pogba join their ranks by claiming that United’s most expensive signing would be a valuable addition to any team.

“He’s a big boy, he doesn’t need anyone to make up his mind,” the full-back told a press conference when quizzed on his international team-mate’s future.
“Any club would be happy to welcome him. It only depends on him, his agent and his future club.”
Pogba’s star quality is likely to come in handy as France look to follow up their recent World Cup triumph with another successful summer at the Euros.
With Les Bleus set to face a tough initial test against Germany on Monday evening, Kimpembe highlighted the 28-year-old’s authoritative influence within the dressing room as a hugely important factor in shaping their fortunes.
“We also know his talent as a natural leader,” added Kimpembe. “When we have to speak, he is not going to say govern, he does so naturally.
“He always speaks at the right times.”
Kimpembe and Bayern Munich winger Kingsley Coman pulled a prank on Pogba last week when they asked him about a potential move to PSG.
The Red Devils midfielder sparked a chorus of laughter by scurrying away from the situation after responding: “No!”
He delivered an update on his contract situation earlier this week, revealing that United are yet to engage in talks over fresh terms.
Pogba also refused to rule out an impending departure by admitting that he has been unable to discuss the situation in detail since the end of the campaign.
“I have one year left on my contract, everyone knows that,” Pogba told reporters. “There have been no concrete proposals for extensions.
“I’m still in Manchester. After the season there was the vacation, so I didn’t sit down with the managers and coach. I’m focused on the Euro.”
