Man Utd star Odion Ighalo explains transfer wish as Red Devils exit edges closer
Manchester United star Odion Ighalo has revealed where his next destination will be after he leaves the club if he gets his wish.
The Nigerian's loan from Shanghai Shenhua will expire on January 31.
However, despite a return to China on the horizon, the striker does not want to go back – or anywhere else in Europe.
Ighalo has insisted he would love a move to the United States with the MLS beckoning.
"Today, I'm in Manchester but at the end of the month I don't know where I'm going to be," Ighalo said.
"If it's possible I'd like to stay here but if not I have to go.

Ighalo's representatives have also insisted that the former Watford ace has his sights set on a move to the United States.
"I can confirm that some Premier League clubs, two teams outside of England and some clubs in the Middle East have made formal enquiries," one told BBC Sport Africa.
"Of course, he said [in an interview] that the MLS could be interesting, but that is just an option outside of the strong interest received so far.
"For now he's still a United player on loan from China where he still has a contract.
"He could stay in England where his family is based or try something new because he has many options to mull over."
Ighalo has made just four appearances for the Red Devils this season after signing a shock transfer last January.
