Man Utd ‘pull out’ of race for Jude Bellingham in huge boost to City’s chances
Manchester United have reportedly pulled out of the race to try and sign Jude Bellingham next summer – despite the midfielder's sparkling form.
Bellingham has been the talk of the town in Qatar, and his talents were on full display for all to see during England's third goal against Senegal. And as the 19-year-old plaudits continue to grow – so have the list of teams queuing up for their signature.
But, according to Sky Germany, Bellingham's next destination won't be Old Trafford. And the German-outlet are reporting that United are not sure about the 19-year-old's new sky-high price tag.

Bellingham could cost as much as £130million next summer, with Borussia Dortmund in control of the move having the Brit tied down until 2025.
Manchester City, Real Madrid, and Liverpool are his three most likely destinations – while Chelsea also remain in the background. Bellingham has also impressed in Germany this season, and unlike Erling Haaland, Bellingham doesn't have a release clause.
Pep Guardiola's side were able to land Haaland for £51million over the summer, and the two parties maintain a good relationship after the deal.

City's Phil Foden said of Bellingham after the Senegal game: "I don't want to big him up too much because he is still young, but he's one of the most gifted players I have ever seen."
"He has no weakness in his game. I think he will be the best midfielder in the world."
