Man Utd legend Roy Keane has net worth that makes him richer than Prince William
Manchester United hero Roy Keane may be a regular pundit for Sky Sports – but he could quite easily retire with his comfortable estimated fortune bigger than Prince William's.
The 50-year-old can often be seen giving his wisdom on Premier League matches and also the international scene with ITV, having also hinted that he wants to get back into management.
Following a professional career that begun with Cobh Ramblers, he joined Nottingham Forest in 1990 and left to join the Red Devils three years later.
After a spell at Celtic he called time on his playing days in 2006, going on to manage Sunderland and Ipswich Town before taking on assistant jobs with Ireland, Aston Villa and Forest.
According to Celebrity Net Worth, Keane has an estimated fortune of just under £44million.
That figure comes from his 18-year playing career and five coaching jobs between 2006 and 2019, as well as his punditry work for ITV and Sky Sports.
Keane and his wife Theresa have five children, and live in a plush mansion which he has shown glimpses of on his Instagram account since he set it up last year.
On his current employment, Keane said when joining Sky Sports: "While I'm not coaching I still want to be involved in the game and in some ways, this is the next best thing."

Moving onto Prince William, the same source estimates his personal net worth to sit at £21million, despite him being second in the line of succession to the throne behind Prince Charles.
However other sources, including Harpers Bazaar, estimate his net worth to be nearer to £30m.
The majority of that sum comes from the trust fund set up by Princess Diana, but will rise exponentially when he inherits the Duchy of Cornwall real estate when his father becomes king.
William is also said to have received millions when his great-grandmother died in 2002, with Charles said to pay out around £3million a year for his travel and security expenses.
Keane recently spoke about how much United initially paid him, and admitted to being tempted by an offer from a rival club because they offered more cash.
He said: "I was on about £250,000 (a year) at Forest, which was a good deal.
"Blackburn offered me four hundred (thousand a year)."
Before saying of United's offer: "They offered me three-hundred thousand a year."
