Man Utd improve Jadon Sancho bid and initiate contact with Sergio Ramos
Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is still working hard on trying to secure transfers, despite the ongoing Euro 2020.
The international tournament has taken some attentions away from the transfer window though club managers are still keeping their eyes out.
Solskjaer is keen to improve his squad and regularly acknowledged he needs new players if he wants progress in the Premier League.
Harry Kane is among those linked with a move to Old Trafford with the England star criticised for his Three Lions performances this summer.
And Daily Star Sport have taken a look at some of the latest transfer gossip surrounding Manchester United…
Jadon Sancho bid improved
The Red Devils have long been linked with a move for Borussia Dortmund star Jadon Sancho, and made a number of bids last summer.
They've now reportedly made their second offer in the current window, with their initial proposal believed to be £67m up front plus around £8m in add-ons.
Dortmund are reportedly considering the latest offer, which is believed to be worth more than £75m.
Sergio Ramos contact
Sergio Ramos will leave Real Madrid this summer and has been linked with a move to the Premier League.
And journalist Jose David Lopez has claimed Manchester United have made contact with Ramos about a blockbuster transfer to Old Trafford.
“ManUnites (sic) is one of the clubs that has already contacted Sergio Ramos,” he said on Twitter.
“He handles several offers, but he is highly valuing the project in which he falls, because he wants to go to a club that continues to compete to win Leagues and [the] Champions [League].
“If, in addition, it can offer you a 2-year contract, ideal.”
David de Gea decision
Goalkeeper David de Gea was given the nod by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer in the Europa League final, but is reportedly not set to retain that No. 1 spot next season.
The Manchester Evening News report Dean Henderson will be Manchester United’s starting goalkeeper for the 2021/22 campaign.
It may mean that De Gea's future at Old Trafford is up in the air, having previously been wanted by Real Madrid.
