Man Utd fans make the same Marcus Rashford and Amad Diallo point in West Ham win

Manchester United fans all felt the same way while watching the club beat West Ham at Old Trafford.

A Craig Dawson own goal was enough to give the Red Devils three huge points on Sunday evening.

But it was far from a vintage attacking performance from United, with Marcus Rashford struggling throughout.

The England international was a doubt for the clash yet surprisingly started from the outset after missing Thursday's Europa League draw with AC Milan.

But fans vented their anger on social media when Solskjaer refused to take Rashford off and stick Amad Diallo on, despite the former clearly looking a shade of his usual self.

"Rashford needs to be brought off now and get Diallo on!" one said.

"Ole should’ve started James in the LW and then play Amad Diallo RW. Rashford isn’t fit," another added.

"Diallo for Rashford is all I ask for," one pleaded.

"OGS need to turn up his subs, how can Diallo not get subbed in when all these great space is opened up behind west ham defence? Rashford, bruno are tired," one wrote.

"If Rashford is so injured why is he playing full 90 minutes? Bring on Diallo ffs," a fifth said.

Speaking before the clash, Solskjaer hinted the West Ham clash would come too soon for Rashford.

“I definitely hope Marcus is back for next Thursday in Milan. I’m not sure he’ll make Sunday but, fingers crossed, as we’ll need him," he said.

But the United manager's post-match comments on Diallo following the 1-1 draw with AC Milan may shine a light as to why he is reluctant to use him in the Premier League.
