Manchester United have been dealt an injury crisis in attack ahead of their Premier League clash with West Ham on Sunday.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is weighing up a number of fitness problems heading into the game, with Marcus Rashford potentially unavailable after limping out of last weekend’s 2-0 win away at Manchester City.
Edinson Cavani missed that match entirely and also faces a race against time to be fit this weekend, while Anthony Martial is unlikely to feature after suffering a hip injury in training.
Solskjaer has therefore been left with a selection dilemma ahead of former manager David Moyes’ return to Old Trafford.
However, United fans are encouraged by the fact their injury crisis could allow Amad Diallo to make his Premier League debut on Sunday.
Diallo, 18, registered his first goal for the club in Thursday’s 1-1 draw with AC Milan in the Europa League.
And in the potential absence of Rashford, Cavani and Martial, the youngster could come in to form a new-look Red Devils attack against the Hammers.
One fan wrote on Twitter: “Amad, [Daniel] James n [Mason] Greenwood to start”.
Another put: “So it’s Amad, Mason and Rashford or James”.
While one simply said: “Amad it is then”.
Some are also tipping academy star Joe Hugill to earn a place on the bench when West Ham visit on Sunday.

“Joe Hugill definitely getting a call up now I reckon,” wrote one.
Another said: “Amid to start and Hugill to make the bench”.
But others are not losing faith in Rashford being fit in time, with one saying: “Greenwood up front with Rashy on the left and Amad on the right on Sunday”.
By claiming victory at Old Trafford, United can open up a nine-point gap between them and West Ham, who still have a game-in-hand to play.
A defeat would allow Leicester to leapfrog Solskjaer’s men into second place as well as move the Hammers to within three points of them.
