Man Utd CEO Richard Arnold ‘confirms’ new transfer when responding to fan
Manchester United chief Richard Arnold might just have confirmed another blockbuster incoming deal at Old Trafford when asked about Ajax star Antony.
The 22-year-old forward has been heavily linked with a move to United which would see him reunited with former boss Erik ten Hag – and cost the Red Devils in the region of £80million.
Following reports earlier this week that the Brazil international had agreed personal times with the Premier League giants, Arnold seems to be confident in getting a deal over the line.

In a video that has gone viral after being shared by Twitter user Talal Khamis, Arnold can be seen getting into a minivan in a car park while being spoken to by keen fans.
One fan twice asked: "Are we getting Antony?"
With Arnold appearing to give a subtle nod and saying: "Yes."

Excitement grew among supporters last week when Antony spoke about his fondness for Ten Hag in a chat with De Telegraaf.
He said: "Erik has been super important to me.
"I am grateful to him and wish him all the best. I will always cheer for Erik after working so closely together."
Antony, who scored 12 goals in all competitions last season and has grabbed two already this campaign, also spoke about United's start to the season before their win over Liverpool.
He said: "I have not been able to celebrate or cheer for him as he got no points yet. I couldn't until now anyway and that makes me sad. But knowing Erik, I am convinced that he will turn the tide soon. Manchester United will improve at his hand.
"At his previous clubs he has proven that his method works."
