Manchester United teenager Charlie McNeill is winning lot of fans at his new club after he made a big impact during the U18’s Manchester derby.
McNeill, who rejoined the club from City in the summer, scored four times in a 4-2 win at Carrington on Saturday morning.
The 17-year-old showed where his loyalties stand as he ran to the camera and kissed the badge after scoring his first goal of the match.

McNeill is a boyhood United fan but left for City’s academy in 2014 and is credited with 600 goals at youth level for the Citizens.
The Red Devils fought off competition from Juventus and RB Leipzig to bring the striker back Old Trafford for an initial fee of £750,000 last summer.
He opened the scoring by heading in Charlie Savage’s in-swinging corner after 11 minute. McNeill then had a penalty saved by Josh McNamara, but the ball kindly fell back to him to double United’s lead.
City got one back controversially before half-time when when after the ball was kicked out for an injury and thrown back by City to the United defence, City forward Tai Sodje immediately nicked the ball and stuck it into the back of the net.

This did allow for McNeill to get his hat-trick in bizarre fashion as City then allowed the youngster to run down the pitch and restore United’s two-goal lead.
Sodje got his second three minutes into the second-half, before McNeill got his fourth in extra time after he capitalised on a defensive error.
McNeill now has 12 goals in 11 Premier League 2 appearances this season, including ten in his last six.
It’s another in a string of impressive performances in the United academy after Joe Hugill hit four against Liverpool and Shola Shoretire scored a hat-trick against Blackburn.
