Manchester City haven’t given up hope of signing Harry Kane from Tottenham and are reportedly lining up a new £127million bid to test Tottenham’s resolve. Kane’s future remains up in the air after the striker indicated earlier in the summer that he wanted to leave.

Speaking back in May, Kane made it clear of his wish to be winning trophies season in and season out.

With Spurs coming off the back of a dismal campaign, finishing seventh and only just qualifying for the inaugural Europa Conference League, it appears as though Kane is ready for a new challenge.

There has also been increased speculation in recent weeks with Kane returning from his summer break in the Bahamas.

He was originally expected back at the start of the month, but arrived five days later and is yet to train with the first team.
